Poacher is a converted piggery set within a Grade II listed building in Bridgerule near Holsworthy and Bude. The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms which are a ground floor children's bunk, a twin and a double room. There is also a bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside guests have shared use on an outdoor heated swimming pool, a tennis court and a games room. There is also a shared courtyard with furniture and off road parking for two cars.
